Having worked at CDOT Region 1 for five years she was named Project Manager for the C-470 Express Lanes Project. Previously she lent her civil engineering expertise working at CDOT's Incident Command Center in Loveland\, Colorado with the 2014 flood repairs.\n\n\n\nShe is a contributing author to an article Storm-Water Solutions: Complete Agreement in Roads & Bridges Magazine 2012: http://www.roadsbridges.com/storm-water-solutions-complete-agreement\n\n\n\nJiovanna's enthusiasm for the project coupled with her civil engineering background and her love of the Colorado outdoors makes her a perfect match for a project that will relieve traffic congestion while providing user choice and preserving recreational trials.
