DESCRIPTION:Randy Pye will be our guest speaker and will be providing an update on the Sterling Ranch project. \n\n\n\nRandy is the Managing Principal of FulcrumOne a strategic consulting firm headquartered in Colorado.\n\n\n\nFulcrumOne focuses on facilitating external affairs\, management strategy\, thought leadership and consultation in the area of land development\, economic development\, public private partnerships\, government re-organization and efficiency and strategic management of complex projects for government and the private sector.\n\n\n\nPrior to FulcrumOne\, Randy was Senior Vice President of Capitol Solutions a Colorado-based government and public affairs firm where he led the local government\, regulatory and land use practice.\n\n\n\nRandy is one of the original five founders of the City of Centennial incorporation movement\, the largest city incorporation in United States history\, and was elected as Centennial's first Mayor in 2001 and was re-elected in November of 2005 to a second four-year term.\n\n\n\nIn 2003\, 2004 and again in 2008 he was elected by his fellow regional Mayors as Chairman of the 40 Mayor\, Metro Mayors Caucus.\n\n\n\nIn 2006 Randy was asked to co-chair the newly formed Colorado Tomorrow Alliance within the Urban Land Institute that is looking at how Colorado and specifically the front-range would develop in the next 20 years.\n\n\n\nIn 2007 the Brookings Institution a Washington D.C. think tank asked Randy to participate in the Metropolitan Policy Program as a Metro Partner for their "Blueprint for American Prosperity" Initiative and he was selected as one of 24 Partners from across the country to work directly with the White House Special Assistant to the President for Urban Affairs creating a preliminary assessment of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act from a metropolitan perspective.\n\n\n\nRandy is a nationally recognized speaker on regionalism\, regional cooperation and government optimization and has been invited to speak at over two-dozen national and regional forums and conferences throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us each month for lunch!  Our member luncheons offer great networking\, an opportunity to make with new business connections and catch up with other.  Each month we line up a different guest speaker to help keep our members up-to-date on the local community\, business hot topics\, statewide information and much more.\n\n\n\nIn order to get an accurate head count\, registration will close the Monday before lunch.
