Group sessions will consist of a 50 minute high intensity interval training session followed by refreshments\, connection and group discussion. Each month will have a different mental health and wellness focus:\n\nSeptember 10th: Nutrition and how it supports our physical\, mental and emotional well-being.\n\nOctober 15th: Self- care and goal setting.\n\nNovember 12th: Managing stress and establishing boundaries.\n\nSpace is limited to 24 per session\, so be sure to grab a ticket and reserve your spot today through our Event Brite.
