The 13th annual Highlands Ranch Music Arts Festival is a free 2-day event featuring various performance groups, with jazz, swing, folk, concert, wind and symphonic Stroll through the Festival Marketplace and enjoy a variety of items offered by artists, artisans, crafters, food and other retail vendors.
