Coach Jarrod with Eat the Frog Fitness has put together a new Run & Bike Club!!! Join him for the first two installments in October. Get outside the studio to improve your running and/or biking.

Beginners or advanced are welcome. All distance and all paces. Coach Jarrod as will put you through your "paces" and help you improve your run and bike game. Try to improve one of your outdoor passions by training with others while enjoying the outdoors.
