Starting June 19th at 9:45am we will be hosting a free FitCamp at Prost in Highlands Ranch. This event is completely free and open to the public. Join us for an awesome bodyweight workout in their beirgarten every 3rd Sunday of the month.

Bring your mat, towel and water for a 45 minute bodyweight HIIT workout AND you can stay for a beer after! What a great way to get your Father's Day started. We hope to see you there!
