Highlands Ranch Pioneer Days

The Highlands Ranch Metro District is proud to partner with the Highlands Ranch Community Association for the annual Highlands Ranch Pioneer Days. Join us at the Highlands Ranch Mansion on Sept. 8-9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., when the old west comes to life. This event offers a variety of hands-on educational opportunities that are perfect to get children engaged with local history. Explore everything from fur trapping and exploring what pelts settlers used for trade to panning for gold. Tickets are sold at the gate: Adult - $7 Child - $5 Children 2 and younger - Free School group guided tours of the Mansion are by appointment only on Friday, Sept. 8. For information regarding school group tours, please email ejohnson@highlandsranch.org. Self-guided tours of the Mansion on Saturday, Sept. 9. PLEASE NOTE: All parking is off-site on Saturday, Sept. 9. Free shuttle buses from St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 9203 S. University Blvd., will begin running prior to the start time and will continue until after the event is over. Only handicapped-accessible parking will be available at the Highlands Ranch Mansion, no general parking. Vehicles must have a parking placard or license plate in order to access the Mansion parking lot.
