Monthly Membership Luncheon - June 2019
As talent shortages throughout the state hinder business growth and expansion and our ability to get work done, we need innovative solutions. Hiring, retaining and leveraging the strengths and experience of older workers can be part of the solution. But myths about older workers often stand in the way.
Research shows that older workers are healthier, better educated and more technology savvy than in the past. Additionally, their skills and experience, loyalty, and networks of professional contacts can be tremendous assets to our businesses.
This presentation will highlight the benefits of leveraging older adult talent, how to do it, and how you and your company can remain more productive and profitable in today’s economy.
Join us each month for lunch! Our member luncheons offer great networking, an opportunity to make with new business connections and catch up with other. Each month we line up a different guest speaker to help keep our members up-to-date on the local community, business hot topics, statewide information and much more.
Pre-Registration is required, as we have to get numbers to the caterer in advance. The deadline to register is 9:00 am on the Monday prior to lunch.
