Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial services to AACU members, including consumer loans and cash transactions.
  • Promote and cross-sell credit union products such as checking and savings accounts, loans, certificates of deposit (CDs), and credit cards.
  • Originate and process consumer loans, including credit reviews, application submissions, and loan maintenance.
  • Handle complex account maintenance tasks, such as joint removals, fraud transfers, and closing member accounts.
  • Assist members with electronic banking and promote credit union electronic delivery channels, including smartphone and tablet applications.
  • Conduct branch audits and actively participate in branch and credit union events to engage with the community.
  • Maintain professional and courteous service to internal and external customers, adhering to AACU's core values of Responsibility, Education, Inclusiveness, and Growth.
  • Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager and ensure compliance with internal policies and federal/state regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work branch hours as needed including scheduled Saturdays.
  • Ability to educate and promote credit union products and services.
  • Meets or exceeds individual and branch goals for referrals and closed sales.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay Information:

The pay ranges represent the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. This position is eligible for incentives based on overall performance.

Grade Value 800P: $21.59 - $31.11

Training Information:

Paid training will be held in June (Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm) at our Corporate Headquarters in Colorado Springs.
