Workout and Wellness Workshop Series

Join us at Eat the Frog Fitness for a free monthly group workout followed by a mental health clinic with Movement Counseling + Wellness. Group sessions will consist of a 50 minute high intensity interval training session followed by refreshments, connection and group discussion. Each month will have a different mental health and wellness focus:
September 10th: Nutrition and how it supports our physical, mental and emotional well-being.
October 15th: Self- care and goal setting.
November 12th: Managing stress and establishing boundaries.

Space is limited to 24 per session, so be sure to grab a ticket and reserve your spot today through our Event Brite. If anything changes and you are not able to make your session please contact the studio at 303-729-3704 so we can release your space to the next person in line. We appreciate your cooperation.
